I Live alone with my two faithful companion dogs Happy an 11 yr old male Border Collie mix and Bebe and 8 yr old female American Staffordshire Terrier. I am moving to Oregon in March to live with my fiance. Since we met a year ago I have gained back all the weight I lost after joining Curves in Oct 2006. I workout at Curves 5 days per week, walk my dogs about 1 mile every day, and do Tai Chi 3 days per week when my knee isn't hurting me.

My Goals:
to lose 10 lbs in the next 6 weeks, to help mu Curves team win the biggest loser contest again this year. Or at least lose some, I don't think I want to lose that fast.
My Program:
keeping a food journal, Curves Circuit training 5 days per week, walking 1 mile daily with dogs.
