Fresh Start
A little bit about myself:
I live in NJ with my husband John and our Chihuahua/Maltese mix of a dog. We have a married daughter, Tracey, Son In Law John and Grandson Nick who will be 13 in September 2011.
My weight problem began when I quit smoking. I can no longer use this as an excuse. It's time to take responsibility for my health by eating sensibly and exercising faithfully. I KNOW SparkPeople can provide the motivation and inspiration to help me accomplish these ...

My Goals:
To eat healthier foods and to stay within a calorie limit daily.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
When I get back into my jeans I will celebrate and add to my goals.
Other Information:
Since I joined Shutterbugs, photography has become almost an obsession and has provided many happy hours taking pictures and editing them. Doll collecting, for the sake of photographing them is another hobby.
