Life is a gift...
...and I have to remember that! I sometimes think and act like life owes me. But I confess it now and I am so grateful to dear friends who put up with me and my DH (dear husband) who lives with me and puts up with more. SparkPeople, welcome aboard. Or, thank you for welcoming me! I need to make some changes in my life.
I've been aboard a little while now and--as is typical for me--progress is faltering. Inconsistency is my number one enemy. I need to remember to think on good things, ...

I've been aboard a little while now and--as is typical for me--progress is faltering. Inconsistency is my number one enemy. I need to remember to think on good things, whatever is noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy and turn off that TV, get outdoors, read good books and encourage others along the way, and nurture a thankful heart.
And I am thankful! Thanks for being here, SparkPeople.
