Small changes really make a difference.
I'm from upstate NY. I have been battling this weight thing for too many years to mention. I have lost and regained at least 4 times on WW. I don't blame the plan for gaining the weight back, I blame me. How can you be so focused and dedicated to your weight loss journey then all of a sudden stop? I reached my heaviest point last Oct. and finally said this is enough. My blood pressure was through the roof and it actually hurt my legs to walk. I looked in the mirror and didn't know this person. ...

I don't blame the plan for gaining the weight back, I blame me. How can you be so focused and dedicated to your weight loss journey then all of a sudden stop? I reached my heaviest point last Oct. and finally said this is enough. My blood pressure was through the roof and it actually hurt my legs to walk. I looked in the mirror and didn't know this person. I decided that I knew how to lose weight but I didn't know how to keep it off and make this a lifestyle instead of a diet. That has been my goal and I'm doing alot of "behavior modification". I need to change why I eat and I think the rest will come. This is a daily struggle and I appreciate all the help at Sparkpeople.
