    I will second that welcome! I am glad to hear you are working with a nutritionist. Starting slow is truly the Spark principle, so that is good advice. As for exercises for challenging physical conditions, the fact that the chair exercises aren't easy is a good thing - you can reduce them to make them a bit easier and then build up. There are many, many exercise demonstrations on Spark People, so check out all the fitness videos. There are lots of folks who have disabilities who manage regular exercise and almost everyone says exercise improves your energy and strength and decreases fatigue and pain! Sure has for me, with a lot of arthritis (not to mention taking the weight off my joints!). This is a very supportive place so get rolling slowly and explore all the tools. Good luck.     I've been a member a little more than two years. I made fantastic progress and lost 100 pounds in the first year BUT I became careless about nutrition and exercise and have gained 30 back! I became disgusted with myself and closed my Spark account, but soon realized I NEEDED to be here. I'm back using the nutrition and exercise trackers now - they are so important. The sense of community and the friendships I have made here keep me going!
