My Goals:
Had a baby a month ago and can't wait to lose the weight. Have a goal to be wearing old clothes in a month and a half.
My Program:
I have been keeping up with my nutrition on SparkPeople.com and following the suggested workout plan. I have aslo stayed on top of my Fastbreak goals since I started.
Other Information:
I love to read the Classics; Jane Austen is one of my favorite classic writers.
