Once upon a time I was a size 10 when I moved here to Orlando. I started dating this guy and my weight ballooned up to 189. I started weight watchers in May 2005 and after about a year and a half I lost 49 lbs and was down to 139 (still the upper "healthy weight" for my height. I was going with my friend Jamie who started the week before me.
During this time I met my now husband. We got married on March 24, 2007 and I weighed 155lbs.
Sometime last year my weight went up to 166 so back to weight watchers I went. Only they changed their program and I was going to meetings locally and I did not enjoy them and it didn't work for me.
I've now been married almost 3 years and my weight has ballooned up to 187lbs, a mere 2 lbs away from where I started. Even my husband had never seen me this heavy before. I feel physically awful (and tired) and I hate seeing my body this way.
**EDIT 6-7-2012***
I'm back and doing the medifast plan.
I am a former nightshifter and did lose weight while working night shift so it can be done. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding that.
