Hi, I joined Sparkpeople about a month ago and I am really loving it. I have been a fad dieter for more than half of my life - losing and gaining weight on cycle. Wanting 20 pounds off today is what always lures me into the diet trend of the day, but I am trying to be patient with myself and understand that I will never break free from the cycle unless I change my lifestyle. Wanting 20 pounds off today is what always lures me into the diet trend of the day, but I am trying to be patient with myself and understand that I will never break free from the cycle unless I change my lifestyle. I know that I need to add more activity to my lifestyle! I have tracked my food intake for a month now and confirm that I eat healthy foods and portion pretty good. Now my goals need to focus on a more active way of life... wish me luck!
