Run a 5K Make healthy choices in every aspect of my life
It's time to learn to eat my vegetables ;-) Drink my water, herbal tea! Fit in exercise where- and whenever possible. Like doing some stretches while waiting for the coffee machine to do her job. This is fun! And of course doing cardio - even if it is chair-exercise.

Thank you for the sparkgoodie. Yes, I am having a tough time dealing with this age issue thing. I wish my supervisor would be at least 40 instead of not even being 30 and that her mother would be older than me.
I was having difficulties with her because of the way she would talk to me at times while even using my name. Quite humiliating to say the least. We had a talk and she felt that I did not take enough initiative but did not really own up to anything on her part. However she said she would try not to use my name and be easier on me. Also humiliating to hear criticism from a kid when I am middle aged to say the least.
Anyways I am working with a life coach and I hope some day I can make money without having to work in an office. I am tired of dealing with all kinds of stuff and not having the freedom to do what I want when I want.
