I walk everyday for one hour. Go to the gym for 1 hour and do weights, cycling and elliptical trainer. Tracking my food and fitness everyday. Eating more fruit and veg.

Did you know that you can do squats over your toilet, using it for support for those with bad knees, even leg extensions or reach side to side stretching your arms. Just be sure to close the lid. What is so great about this you can do this any time you go into your bathroom at anytime to keep the movement going even in between clean ups. Keep a couple of hand weights in there and do a little strength training!! Need some time for yourself, hide out in your powder room. Do a little stretching and Keep on Moving!!

First things first. You have to decide that you want to lose weight. Then you need to be committed to losing it. And next you have to have Faith in yourself that you can lose weight.
Not only will you need Faith in yourself to lose the weight, but you are going to need Faith in God to lose weight. With out Faith we are nothing. God never meant for us to be nothing, He meant for us to have Him abide in us and for us to abide in Him as Healthy, Happy and Full of Faith in our selves and Faith in Him.
As long as we have Faith in God there is nothing we cannot accomplish and the same is true in having Faith in ourselves. Our faith goes way beyond the pulpit, it extends to believing and loving what we cannot see unconditionally. So why is it that we cannot love what our God has created in His own image.
Our bodies are a creation of our God's. He formed us with His own hands, so why aren't we doing what we need to take better care of ourselves. Don't we need to have Faith in ourselves?
Let's take inventory of why we want to lose weight in the first place.
1) Do you want to look better?
2) Do you want to drop just a few pounds?
3) Are you tired, out of breathe?
4) Are you suffering from a major illness?
5) Are you morbidly obese?
6) Just can't see your toes anymore?
7) Are you sleeping all the time?
8) Tired of feeling over full every time you eat?
Did I miss anything? Well, I think we need to start believing that we can stop over eating. Have Faith, Pray, God will listen. Use self talk, use motivational tools, provided hear on Spark People. Use motivational videos, keep a journal, write a blog and read your bible daily. Most of all pray before each meal. Don't be afraid to ask God for His help, that is what He is there for. Trust me He wants all His temples healthy too.
Exercise is a must, be Christ like.... Jesus got in His daily walks. So when you hear some ask are you walking with Jesus, what will your answer be?
How many hospitals don't have a chapel in it? There are so many missions, churches and other religious deities in this world today that provide healthcare and even weight loss information It would astound you. So yes, faith and weight loss go hand in hand.
Know that you can do this, you can do all things through Christ. You are a winner, because you a child of God's and God does not make mistakes. You can track your meals, you can walk 10 + minutes daily, you can blog about your day and you can keep a journal and you can have FAITH in You, I have FAITH in YOU and I have Faith in GOD. We can do all things through God!!

Remember just because it is a Holiday Weekend doesn't mean you can't have a good time and stay on track... just watch be sure to weight the hamburger meat out to 3-4 ounces, layer it with plenty of veggies like lettuce, cucumbers, onions, radishes or your favorites!! Try adding some grilled vegetables to the list... Family BBQ's can be the greatest way to get your family on board to trying fresh grilled vegetables and "Yes" even grilled "Fruits"... Try gilled fruit and veggie kabobs... along with your favorite salsa. Even visit Chef Meg for some of her favorite recipes for grilling!!

Remember to Plan for those desserts to, no more than 1/8th of a slice if you put it on your tracker!! You should have plenty of room for it!! Let's be Happy with our choices, not sorry about it later!
