My Program:
I walk everyday for one hour. Go to the gym for 1 hour and do weights, cycling and elliptical trainer. Tracking my food and fitness everyday. Eating more fruit and veg.

My name is Mary. I am married to Papo the love of my life for 28 years. I have 4 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. My younger daughter is 19 years old and in college. Hi Mary! Thank you so much for the goodie.. I appreciate your support and encouragement! I think it is normal for ups and downs on the scales.. our bodies are changing, we're trying to learn new habits, and it all takes time. I think it's better to do it slowly than too quickly, and it IS as much a mental effort as a physical one. Have a good weekend! emoticon emoticon emoticon
