To get healthy and loose 100 pounds. Change bad habits and get new healthy habits. Get more active and enjoy life God's way.

My Program:
I walk everyday for one hour. Go to the gym for 1 hour and do weights, cycling and elliptical trainer. Tracking my food and fitness everyday. Eating more fruit and veg.

My name is Mary. I am married to Papo the love of my life for 28 years. I have 4 grown children and 3 beautiful grandchildren. My younger daughter is 19 years old and in college. I love and enjoy time with the family, nature, travel, the beach, mountains, reading, writing, music, poems, country living and worship God.

Hi Mary! Thanks so much for the goodie and for checking on me and wishing me a good weekend... sorry I've been quiet. I had a lot of friends here who took me out last 2 weeks for my birthday. I think some were trying to get me out of the house too so I wouldn't miss my Missy too much. Unfortunately, I gained a couple pounds back. :( emoticon BUT I'm back on program again now. No more birthday cake and goodies and restaurant dinners for a while! :) YOU sound like you're doing wonderful! I'm so proud of you! We'll just keep going... the Lord will help us to achieve our health and fitness goals! :) emoticon

Hi Mary, you're welcome! You're doing great! emoticon emoticon Going back to work and/or school is a great idea! I'm doing well this week... have worked up from walking 1-2 miles a day to 3 miles! I've been eating well and touch very little junk food. My weight has bounced a bit up and down by a few pounds the last few weeks BUT I've lost inches on my measurements so I AM replacing flab with muscle. I believe God that I am improving and my body is changing.
