3 and a half years ago I went on Nutrisystem and lost 40 lb. I really needed to lose at least 10 more, but when I hit the 40 goal and had so many compliments, I convinced myself that I was good where I was at ... I managed to keep the weight off for over 2 years, but then little by little it started creeping back and I just didn't stop it ... so, here I am, having gained back 30 of those 40 lost pounds having to start over once again ... I decided not to go with the Nutrisystem plan again, not because it doesn't work - it does! ... but because the maintenance didn't work for me ... I need to do this with REAL food that I will be able to stick with day in and day out for the rest of my life!
