Hi, I'm 26 and over weight. I have always been overweight and comfort eat a lot, however after a spell of severe depression and anxiety, I gave up horse riding and have since put on over 2 stone (since October2010) which I would like to get rid of again and hopefully also some of the excess weight I had before then too.

I fell off the sparks bandwagon after an injury and regained a bit of weight after losing some earlier in the year, however I am back and ready to try again.

Hi, Marie. I fall off quite a bit as well. However I have learned that if I don't stop trying, it's impossible for me to fail. The same thing goes for us all. Don't beat yourself up for what was done in the past. You are AWESOME already for dusting yourself off and trying again!!! Everyday is a new day to start fresh. Put the bad days where they are and jump back on!!! emoticon It takes me a while to get back to moving after I have fallen, but then I come here and see all of my friends prevailing. That's when that motivation steps in and makes me change SOMETHING for the betterment of my lifestyle journey!! emoticon and hang in there. You've got this!!! emoticon

What's up done girl? I know it's hard not to beat yourself up. I'm the worst at that. Try making small changes. Concentrate on getting enough water, getting enough fruits and veg and get in at least a small amount of exercise. When you start meeting goals, it builds your confidence and its easy for it to snowball. The key ingredient here is patience. And just keep fighting. I've lost so super slow but I don't give up. You'll get there.
