Hi, I'm 26 and over weight. I have always been overweight and comfort eat a lot, however after a spell of severe depression and anxiety, I gave up horse riding and have since put on over 2 stone (since October2010) which I would like to get rid of again and hopefully also some of the excess weight I had before then too. I fell off the sparks bandwagon after an injury and regained a bit of weight after losing some earlier in the year, however I am back and ready to try again.

Gym once a week Zumba Class twice a week Walk rather than drive when possible Track everything I eat honestly - even on a bad day
