My name is Maria . This is my journey to a healthy ME.
I am officially back on track. After the accident, I gained 20 lbs. From no working out to just eating whatever. I am back down to 209.8 which is where I was before accident. I feel great. My next goal is 199. I am on my way.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 pounds.I want to get off all my meds. Especially high blood pressure and diabeties.
My Program:
I have cut my calories. I walk 4 miles a day. I exercise everyday.
Personal Information:
I am married for 23 years. I am a stay at home mom. I have 3 kids. A son, 22, who is handicapped. A daughter,21 in college. And a daughter 18, who is currently in high school and also doing college. I am very proud of my kids. I live in Corpus Christi, Texas. I LOVE to read. I am a CASA volunteer.
Other Information:
Just to stick with it. I know it is hard but it is all worth it.
