need motivating friends
I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. over the last 12 years I've gained 20 lbs do to the disease and depression. I'm tired of reading blogs of all my sick friends. i'm looking for you healthy people to help me out. I was a fitness trainer and body builder before this all happened. I know what to do. I just need my body and mind to co-operate. I will not give up.

My Goals:
To do at least on thing each day even if I am in chronic fatigue.
To work up to walking 5 miles 3 times a week
To building up my muscle mass.
To enjoy exercise again.
My Program:
Working with a nutrionalist.
Eliminating sugar, white flour.
No eating after dinner and only eat when sitting. Never eat on the go.
Exercise according to my energy leel each day and recognise the days I am
to exhausted to do anything.
trying to keep fitness alive so that depression stays away.

I am from NJ. MY name is Marianne. I have 3 children and 4 fabuloous grandchildren. I am retired due to illness. I LOVE fitness and nutrition. I believe we all have the power to accomplish anything we desire within the limitations of our physical and mental abilities. Without God we are nothing.
Other Information:
The world has always been an open adventure to me until I developed physical issues1 2 years ago. Now I suffer from depression and panic disorder due to my health issues. I have learned to appreciate the smallest of moments. When anything bigger than a day full of energy fills my week i know I have been given a miracle. Now I am truley thankfull for everybreath i am given.
