My goal is to feel better, get that blood sugar down so my dr. can stop giving me that "look", fit into a closet full of clothes, and just get healthy.
i'm tracking everything i eat. Its difficult, especially eating out. I find myself eating out less because I have less control over the menu. I'm eating sort of like a diebetic and spreading out my small meals throughout the day. I'm also trying to walk every day and do my strength training and elliptical 3 times a week.

You are doing awesome! Isn't it great to have made such an accomplishment; to me there is nothing more gratifying because it's the HARDEST thing I have ever done. It's nice to see that you are keeping a steady pace with your progress -- keep it up! And remember, you know where to find me!
