My Goals:
To maintain a healthier diet.

To be regularly active.

To no longer feel like I'm on a diet, but to feel like I live a healthy lifestyle.

To reach 130 lbs.

My Program:
My "program" isn't anything special. I try to stay in my SP calorie range, but allow a cheat day every now and then. I try to be more active throughout the day by fitting in short walks, taking stairs over the elevator, parking further in parking lots, and choosing to do more housework & watch less TV. I try to do 20+ minutes of exercise 5-6 days per week.

I started last June and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you will be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months! Good luck and enjoy this invigorating new healthy lifestyle.

* Diet is a dirty word. Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate!
