Hi Maria, always good to see you over here on SparkPeople! This tends to be where I hang out these days (as well as blogging). I've been keeping up with your blog, and it seems like you're getting 2011 off to a great start!! Kudos for making so many great goals!

Best of luck with your 5k coming up. How are you going to train for it? Are you going to be doing C25K or something else?

Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. I will be popping in on the Weeks 1 - 3 training to help answer any questions that might pop up and to cheer you on to your goals! Be blessed! Be a runner!

Hey Maria! I just started getting back to sparkpeople...I'm tracking my food and exercise. i just started doing this on Monday and have already lost 1 pound for the week. Whoo-hoo!! I'm glad to see you're on here too...I could use the encouragement!
