Healthy After 40
I had a baby in December 2009, and after struggling for two years, I finally lost all the "baby" fat thanks to SP. Prior to that victory, I rejoined in June 2012 with a lot of enthusiasm and commitment. I am still incorporating healthy eating practices, without becoming a dieting lunatic. My ultimate goals are to get into a healthy weight range and continue to achieve healthy eating and exercise goals. Recently, I have begun eating vegetarian again, and my new challenge is not to overdo the fat or carbs. (Who knew tofu had so much fat?)

My Goals:
My goal is to maintain this program for the long term. I also need to motivate myself on a daily basis now. The program was really easy for the first nine months, but I am struggling to maintain it.
My Program:
*My goal is to eat 1400 calories a day. Usually, I dip to 1200 or 1300 and that doesn't do squat to help me lose more weight. *I work out five to six times a week, including at least 45 to 60 minutes of cardio. *I also strength train three times a week with a personal trainer.
Personal Information:
I am happily married and have a lovely toddler for a son.
Other Information:
I recently started eating vegetarian again; the transition was easy.
