Go Get IT Girl

I started a blog on wordpress.com called "Go Get IT Girl" (http://gogeetitgirl.wordpress.com)to encourage women to go after their goals.

After creating this blog I realized I need to do exactly what I'm telling others - I need to after my own goals. Its time for me to lose weight and begin living a healthy and active lifestyle!

My ultimate goal is get to my ideal weight which is between 161-175! Keep me in your prayers and I will do the same for you.

I carry a water bottle with me everywhere I go...to class, at work, over a friends house...EVERYWHERE!...lol. I love to drink water when it's cold, when it starts to get a lil warm I'm not into that much. Also, I drink one cup before I eat any of my meals and drink at least one cup with my vitamin that I take every morning. Drinking water for me is extremely hard, but with this system I'm able to drink more without always pressuring myself about it.....

Thanks for the kind words on my page. Well I follow the Best Life Diet. that seems to work the best for me. I do aerobics, walk, stairs and excercise bike for now. As far as rewards...I would reward myself with manicures or pdicures any thing that continues to make you feel good about you.
