My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight bring my blood pressure down work on losing that awful beely roll-ss just want to fell better fit in my close better.

My Program:
today i started by making a appointment at curves which is just down the block no excuse hopefully it wont be to expensive well ill will find out soon.

my name is maria i live in barrie ont canada in i am in the kempenfelt cong.

Other Information:
Im a hca i work nights i work 6 off work4 and off 3 this is new for me again and sleep has benn a challange as well Ive missed many meeting lately which is totally defeating the gaol off not missing meetings because off shift work. But hopefully this will ill change when i get used to it.

Any brand will do. The gel type ones work better as it disolves and goes right into your system where the others may not completely disolve before they go through your system.

thanks for the suggestion on garlic is there a certain brand? I'm new to this high blood pressure thing, actually I've had my head in the sand denying that i actually have a problem with it I was not taking the medication i was prescribed because it made me feel exhausted but he has changed to micardis and i feel much better no side effects now i just have to take regularly. This will be part of taking care of my health so i can be more productive,

Welcome to SP. It's a great site! Be sure and sign up for Spark America and when you set up your exercises, just remove any you can't do or don't want and put in those you do. Be sure and schedule a day for cardio so you have access to the "other exercises" page where the walking, housework, playing with children etc. are to be found. When you are done, set up your Appointment calendar to send you reminders and when they come, click on the link then fitness and just check them off as you do them. Such a great feature. Use your spark points page to help you use and learn all the fantastic tools we have at this site. Visit others pages and get to know them better. Again, welcome to a great site.

I see you have a BP issue, I did till I took 1200 units of garlic a day and a few months later dropped to 500 when my BP dropped from 220/110 to 120/79 and has stayed @16 years now.
