Hi there.. LOL it is a lot of hip swivelling…maybe break it down???...till you get used to it. Go on UTUBE & find the steps info so you feel better about the mooooves. Here’s a link to the basic steps may help if you like.

In my old age I don’t over do anything. If it is any consolation… I can’t run 4 miles any more!!! It would kill me. Used to comp x country long distance many moons ago but the legs wouldn’t hold out these days & I don’t intend to kill myself trying. I need them for a few more years yet LOL..Funny how we do what comes naturally without effort. I can slog all day like a man on a building site & not bat an eye.. but some of these exercises… oh dear me!!!
Days are always hectic… but I am happy!!
