Hello! Just wanted to give this an update since this is now the year of 2014! I have to say that the new year is looking promising with a new weight of 219 to start at and my goal weight of 160 just over the mountain! Currently my fitness is consisting of biking to work and transportation and strength training at least once a week ideally it would be 5 times a week but baby steps! I like to jog too but up here in Alaska I have been scared off of jogging out in the cold and ice so I will pick it ...

My Goals:
1) Lose 25lbs and bumyself a Garmin watch! -DONE!

2) 211 get a new hair do! - DONE!

3) 195 means a new ring!

6) We shall see...

To go from 255 to 160!

My Program:
Work out as often and possible as I can without making it a chore. At least 2-3 times a week is my goal.

Eat healthy, raw, clean foods as much as possible.

Drink at least 8 cups of water.

Enjoy playing with my son outside more and being a great healthy role model for him to look up to as he gets older.

And #5 on my blog is still coming....though I am lighter than I have ever been in our 23yrs of marriage. I am still not confident enough to be picked up..I feel I will be ready when I reach my desired goal. I know lots of it is mental.

Let's do this......let me know how you feel in your first week of eating differently.

I should probably do what you do and look at it monthly. I look at it weekly {well, I look at it every day, but count it weekly}, but I might be better off to make that less frequent. I also really should be doing measurements, I know that would make me feel a lot better.
