    Hi - Thanks for your blog comment. The work out s I do are

    1) jog at least 2 times a week trying for 3 or 4 this is usually for 25 min at a time trying to get up to 30.

    2) Swim for 60-75 min 4 to 5 times a week

    3) wii box 2 to 3 times a week for 30 min a time

    4) plus stregth training something after every work out. so 8-10 times a week.
