Hi Margo, Yes, I do have active kids. Which, most of the time I am thankful for I also have 5 of them, so that's a lot more opportunities for something to happen! Keep me posted on what happens with your ankle.
Re: Piyo, I think I have decided to wait on it for awhile, maybe after the first of the year. I am doing a bootcamp workout from a library book that I've done before. I'm also trying to walk about 5 miles a week & do some yoga & pilates. I saw that Jessica Smith has a couple of videos that combine yoga & pilates. I think I will try to master those before I move up to piyo :) And maybe pray someone gifts me the dvd's like your were blessed with! Take it easy friend!!
