doing well most days-find that it is really hard on the days when I don't have any control...m y stepmom had surgery last week and my time was not my own for 4 days. I just did not do very well on the exercise without my usual schedule ..I walked some but did not do my strength exercises. Diet was a nightmare because she has a lot of really fun food around...halloween candy, cake.....
what exercises do you do?
