October 1, 2009 Back On Track

Today I am back on track! Fell off track in March 2009 and gained 20 lbs back!! Stupid me what was I thinking!! Obviously I was not thinking!!! Now I need to lose the 20 lbs I gained back that I already worked hard to lose!! I am so worth it! Stay Positive and keep the negativity away!!

My Goals:
I've been a member since 11-5-2007, Wow!! Today I return to Sparkpeople for a 3rd time! Today is January 18, 2011. I have been working out since May 2010 for 5 days a week 1.5 hrs. So my goal is to continue for life to workout at my YMCA every week day. I will be there at 6am when they open.
I also am starting a journal of what I eat. My eating habits sucks so I need to get them under control.
I will drink more than my required water per day. That should be easy because I already drink alot of water.

My Program:
Journal my food.
Exercise at the YMCA every week day 6-8am. Cardi-45 minutes on the Precor Elliptical Crossramp.
Strength training- 45 minutes on the Machines.

I am from Las Vegas, NV.

Hi Margie,
I would love to help support each other. I've been working out with weights 6x a week, and walking 20-30 minutes a day for the last month. I lost about 13lbs, but realized that without a way to organize myself and keep track of my food and emotional eating habits, I can't really have the lifestyle that I want. I'm in the process of finishing up my 'bad' or emotional foods, and not replacing them as they run out. Its a little scary. Tell me more about your process.
