It's time to love myself!!!

I am probably the hapiest I have ever been in every aspect of my life except my weight. I have a beautiful daughter a devoted husband and a job that I love. I want to feel beautiful, and I want to be healthy and most importantly I want to pass down healthy eating habits to my daughter. IT'S TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE!!!

So far I have been hitting the gym doing cardio 5to6 days a week and weights 3 days a week. We have also been going on nightly family walks.

I saw your post on the SP Class March 4-10 about the machine weights. I too have been going to the gym before I started sparks. While at the gym I wrote down what machine I used the weight and how many reps of 10 or 12. In the fitness section where it list the excercise you can put in your own excercise, so I listed the machine name with the weight and how many times I did however many reps. Hope this helps you. I too go to the gym 6 x a week. I am doing cardio everyday and then the machines every other day. Good Luck to you. Let me know how it is going, or I am open to any suggestions or ideas to.
