My long term goal is to lose around 126 pounds. My middle goal is to be fit enough to boat this spring. My short term goal is to not eat the cake (cookies, white bread, bacon... etc) on the counter.
Fitness: Using a fitbit to monitor my steps and stairs, walking to class as much as possible, and trying to take my dog for a mile walk daily. Also using light weights and workout videos at home. Diet: Tracking here of course, trying to eat as much fiber as I can, trying to keep my protein up (it's been a problem when I diet in the past), and making sure everything I'm eating is developing a habit that will last for life!
Good to see you are still hanging in here! I'm doing good. Still showing a small loss for the year despite a recent gain from a 2 week vacation so I am happy =) Every little bit of progress is a win for me!
