My Goals:
My goal is to exercise at least 5 days a week, and eat Clean as often as possible. I want to lose the 30lbs by next summer please.

My Program:
Not really too sure yet. I've been Eating Clean, and mainly starting to ride my stationary bike more often.

Personal Information:
I'm married to Brian and he is a truck driver. He has heart disease in his family so I worry about his health too. My son Tim is 24 years old and still lives at home. He's a chef and is also overweight.
My daughter Sarah is 15 years old and we homeschool her. I have a 2 year old Rottweiler named Hertz, and three cats.

Other Information:
I love taking photos, reading, and anything new. I'm inventing myself now that my kids are older. I'm taking courses to become an Aquatics & Group Fitness Instructor, hopefully by the summer of 2011.

Hello Margaret, I just read your thread in the Body Building forum and decided to stop by and add you as a friend! You couldn't have said it any better - "I want to get fit for MY body type." That's exactly what I do as opposed to being thin.
