a few years back, i had an active lifestyle, spending an average of 3 hours in the gym 6 days a week, and eating a low-salt, low-sugar diet.

however, i changed jobs, and my schedule made me complacent. i led a sedentary lifestyle and gained back all the unwanted pounds.

i was a chubby kid, suffering from a hormonal imbalance and forever on a diet. my goal is to resume a healthy lifestyle, lose weight and feel good.

My Goals:
it would be great to go back to my earlier weight and 35 lbs less...

My Program:
i have been trying to cut down salt and sugar from my diet and bring my daily calorie intake to 1500. i am also doing cardio and strength training on alternate days to increase my calorie burn by less than 1000 a week.

Personal Information:
i am alyn, married for one year, and suffering from PCOS. i would like to bring down my weight by 35 lbs, feel great, and increase my chances of having a child.
