Worked outside for an hour on my newly designed Christmas tree, we shall see how it turns out but I managed the cold fairly well. What I can't figure out is why I am so hungry. I ate a very healthy breakfast with good protein which is what I need to keep from getting hungry but I just came in and I'm starving! going to my nutrition page to see what they recommend for me. Yesterday I went over on calories and I do not want to do that again today! Another warm hug for you. I f you look on the challenge part of our team you'll see the basic challenge which is very simple and straightforward...it starts every Wednesday with the points system and then Andi throws in little extra challenges...it's fun...take a look. I have only had one name here but maybe you just have to resign your old name and you won't have problems.
Sugar was a big issue with me as well as portion control...I just cut out sugar for a couple of weeks and I no longer craved it...I need to eat more slowly so that I don't overeat and I am working on that. I'm slowly becoming more consistent in the exercise department and I am going to treat it like brushing my teeth...if I don't get it done first thing in the morning, I'll never do it. You are the one who said several months ago that we have to be ever vigilant on this journey, and we do.It is a constant effort but the rewards are hard to beat!!! 1958 days ago
