Ok, I need to get back on this horse! (so to speak) Now dealing with an injury, and not sure I can run anymore and that makes me sad.
But I am up to the adventure of doing new things, meeting new people, and releasing these last few stubborn pounds! I know I will succeed!! I just have to DO IT!!
To live my life out loud, to have fun, and balance, and success!!

My Goals:
To release a few more pounds to weigh 135.
To run a 10k (6.2 miles) in less then an hour.
To get my finances under control, and to improve my job situation.
I am also ready to find my true love.

My Program:
I have made LIFE Member at Weight Watchers. And this maintance is the most difficult part for me! But I am determined to keep it off!
I also lift weights and walk or run everyday. This step alone does wonders for my stress.


Other Information:
My nephew is the greatest kid I know. He is smart, funny and athletic. Its a blessing to have him in my life, and hang out with him as many weekends as we can!

Hey Lady -

How are you doing? It's good to hear from you.

I think I did OK at PF Chang. When we got there, the group decided to order as a group so we could share food. I tried a little bit of everything i.e., two pieces of honey chicken, two tablespoons of melon balls w/shrimp, a few green beans, a few bites of a noodle dish, one lettuce wrap and 1/2 cup of brown rice. I stopped eating when I was full and had about a 1/3 plate of food left.

This was good for me because before I would have eaten everything, cleaned my plate and went in again for seconds or thirds AND dessert. I'm pretty pleased with the way it happened.

How about you, what are you up to?

Mardica thank you for the goodie. Some how things are falling in place for me. I'm in a happy space. We'll be back at the park soon maybe you can join us again. Hope you are still running? Are you doing the Pier 2 Pier?
