I think I did OK at PF Chang. When we got there, the group decided to order as a group so we could share food. I tried a little bit of everything i.e., two pieces of honey chicken, two tablespoons of melon balls w/shrimp, a few green beans, a few bites of a noodle dish, one lettuce wrap and 1/2 cup of brown rice. I stopped eating when I was full and had about a 1/3 plate of food left.
This was good for me because before I would have eaten everything, cleaned my plate and went in again for seconds or thirds AND dessert. I'm pretty pleased with the way it happened.
