I am loving the process of getting and staying fit. I competed in track and field and cross-country in college, and have always been a runner. Cycling is helping build new muscle groups to help my knees stay at it.

I've made a commitment to myself to get in the best shape of my (post college) life...why not? I can't imagine I have anything better to do with my time. Who says ya can't kick it at age 53?
