My goals for 2011 is to use all the tools on this site on an everyday basis...not just read all the blogs. I want to hike more this year and spend much more time enjoying the snow as much as the summer months. My goal is to not only keep off the weight ive lost but to reach my goal weight this year before June.
Goals 203-165- done :) maintaining for ten months with a 5lb gain. 155: New dress By JUNE 22 150: New shoes Focus on 150!! thats 15 lbs by June!! ITS SOO doable!
My program is simple, eat right and exercise. I do not diet and refuse to cut anything completly out of my diet. I enjoy simple things in life like a cold beer or junk food. I eat a healthy diet and splurge very seldom. I work out 4-5 days a week and plan to add a lot more strength training into my program this year.
I am from Laconia NH. I live in beautiful Gilmanton now. I have lived in NH my whole life and enjoy all it has to offer, The mountains and the lakes are just half of it.

So sorry to read your blog about how your confidence has dipped so low, because you are a beautiful, young woman.
