Eating clean is based off the body building idea. A woman named Tosca Reno developed a book called the Eat Clean Diet and it is wonderful. It focuses on eleminating processed foods and eating 6 smaller meals a day with a protein and complex carb combo at each meal.... I strongly reccommed checkin it out and also check out the spark team. they are GREAT too. Hope you try it ...it changed my life in a matter of weeks. 3048 days ago
Hey girl...In response to your response ( ), I can't view your protein/fat/carb ratio, and I thought that was what you were asking. So just looking at what you are eating, I assumed you had too much protein and not enough fat and carbs (which is the EXACT same problem I have). If that wasn't your question/concern, please disregard what I said!
Your diet looked totally healthy to me. Of course, we could all work on the amount of processed foods we eat, but that's something I don't really care to give up. As long as you're staying within your calorie range and you FEEL good, I would keep on keepin' on!
