This was in the Seychelles in 2009. We went there for our 30th anniversary.

I'm cleaning the truffels a friend found in Italy.

I carried a case of Opus One for a friend while on a visit to Napa. Payment was in wine!

My New Life

I am a recent widow, and I'm ready for a new me. I eat healthy, but need motivation to do my daily walking as exercise. I lost 25lbs, 4 yrs ago, but this past year I've put 10 lbs back on. I'm moved into a new city and am searching for a network of friends. I have a recent foot injury and can't walk.... so I need to be able to do other exercises. Any ideas to help me?

WELCOME to SparkPeople and to “SparkNashville-the Official Team"!

Hi Marcia!

It was GREAT meeting you at today's SparkNashville Lunch Bunch!!! I'm popping in to WELCOME you to “SparkNashville-the Official Team". I have found that the more active we are with our team, the more successful we are toward our goals.

Come join us at the TOWN SQUARE (found on our home page) where we get to know each other and keep each other motivated on a single posting thread.

We host challenges set up to help us concentrate toward our goals on those “tempting” weekends, and sometimes on weekdays.

I love SparkPeople! Historically, I have put myself on "diets" and moaned, groaned and complained to being deprived... I had DIET RAGE! This time it is different. My positive attitude is what is different for me this time. ELIMINATING EXCUSES is my mantra... Only positive thoughts and motivational attitudes...it’s the elusive key to weight-loss success and a happy life!

Have a GREAT journey... and remember to eliminate excuses that keep you from attaining your goals and you WILL get there. WE ARE STRONG! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

God Bless!!! =0) Camille
