We just got back from Europe, so I'm playing catch up. Just had to tell you I LOVE the QOTD you are doing! It is helping me feel more connected to team mates even though I was absent for the beginning of the challenge. THANKS!

Marcia, sometimes I make myself tired, as well. I just want to see if I can be active for 120 minutes a day. That would be a complete reversal from my sedentary life before the treadmill. I could use your hot stone massage!
