It's funny that "I don't care if I lose weight if I feel healthy" sounds like a cop-out to you. It did to me, too, but I wasn't so brave to say it out loud. I think you're right that losing weight is a Very Good Way of Being Healthy!! Thanks for commenting on those thoughts. I appreciate it!
