Health! I have health issues that are permanent and some that are not. Both the permanent and nonpermanent health issues can be improved with better diet, weight loss, and exercise to improve strength and flexibility.

Thanks for stopping by! I think I can do much better too. I've been swimming almost every day with my GDs. It helps a lot. It's been too hot for walking, even just before the sun comes up. We're in the 80's at night here. I do bring my dog out for 20 minutes or so when the sun goes down. Eating and drinking my water has been good. Let's finish this week STRONG!!!

So far week 3 is going okay. I am doing better on getting in my steps. I still need to work on adding veggies. The pause is challenging for me. Elementary school teachers rarely have 20 minutes to eat. So after 23 years teaching I am kind of programmed to eat quickly.
