Marcia, thanks for visiting my blog. I guess I've come to terms with my body as it is. It was time for ME to take the blinders off and be gob-smacked by the work I need to do. I figure you can always take 2 sets of pictures, one with clothes and one letting the body fat show, and just keep the skin one to yourself. I'm considering working with a Precision Nutrition coach in July, and they insist on monthly bikini pics.

I just received my body fat caliper in the mail today. Taking those measurements should be hilarious! But after 8 weeks there should be noticeable improvement, and I won't know how much unless I measure.
