Weight goal: Lose 5% of Current Weight for 5% Challenge

Diet: All things in Moderation/ focus on health eating and portion control

Exercise: Sworkit exercise routines plus walking.
Current Fitbit goals: 6500 K steps a day (arthritis limits this), 1 floor a day, 2vmiles a day, Active minutes: 30 a day.

Health: Daily exercise to get arthritis and health issues in control.

Motivations:
Health! I have health issues that are permanent and some that are not. Both the permanent and nonpermanent health issues can be improved with better diet, weight loss, and exercise to improve strength and flexibility.
