Health! I have health issues that are permanent and some that are not. Both the permanent and nonpermanent health issues can be improved with better diet, weight loss, and exercise to improve strength and flexibility.

Positive self talk is something that I am always telling my clients to utilize as a healthy coping skill. I have recently started doing it myself regarding my healthier me journey. I am finding that it has been helping me with resisting urges and motivating me to stay on track. If you don't already utilize this skill, I strongly encourage you to do so. I am POSITIVE you won't regret it! Have a wonderful weekend. :0)
