    Was glad to hear back from you; and thanks for adding me as a friend, I'm adding you also.
    Today makes day 4 on the no smoking...will be so glad when the cravings ease up, but I am feeling better already!
    I am going to weigh in on Monday, hopefully will see a good change, if not, I'll keep plugging along as it will come eventually.
    How are you doing with your regimen? What kind of exercise program do you follow? I do some strength training 2-3 days per week, and try to do at least one hour on the treadmill 4 to 5 days per week. I also have a bunch of Richard Simmons and Denise Austin videos I enjoy doing.

    Hi, and congratulations on your weight loss, seven pounds is a great start! Today is my first day smoke-free, and I'm trying to drop about 40lbs also. It is a struggle, but when accomplished, will all be worth it.
    Good luck on reaching your goal, and by the way, it is great you've been away from smoking for two years, I'll be glad when I can say the same!
