Welcome to my SparkPeople Page! I'm sharing my journey toward great health as a way to keep motivated, honor my commitments, celebrate my wins and track my progress. My Goals:
To have a strong, healthy body that resists disease and allows me to live an active life.

Goals
Weigh 125 - 130 lbs
Be at 23-25% body fat
Be consistently slim, trim, and toned
Master healthy eating
Have strong arms, abs, back and legs
Rock outfits I've always wanted to wear.


My Program:
This is my program for the Summer 2017 5% Challenge:

EXERCISE PLAN
Cardio HIIT 3x a week for 20-30 minutes
Strength Training at least 2x-3x a week rotating between upper, lower, and whole body; 4 circuits w/ 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
Body-Brain Yoga 3x a week

NUTRITION PLAN
Low-Carb, Higher Protein and Good Fats
Portion Control
25 grams sugar max daily
Increase intake of good fats
1200-1500 calories a day



Personal Information:
My most consistent commitment is to my personal and spiritual growth. I value learning, understanding, diversity, cultural exchanges, and being true to myself, among many other things. I am making health and well-being a priority this year so that I can finally reach an optimal weight, eat whole foods consistently, and be strong so I can travel easily and widely.
