My Goals:
My goal right now is to get my diabetes under control. In addition, I want to implement a weight loss program with exercise, to lose a total of 100 lbs.

My Program:
Currently, I'm tracking my calories and watching what I eat based on nutritional info. Just started doing stationary bike resistance exercise and am adding walking to the mix. Will start strength training soon, after I lose a little weight.
