Hey! I am a 22 year-old soon college graduate, and I've always struggled with my weight. In 7th grade lost 30 lbs by doing weight watchers and working out everyday. I kept if off in high school by being on the dance team and practicing every day. When I moved away to college I finally felt like I could eat what I want without people questioning me, and over the next three years balloooned to an eventual 185 lbs. About a year ago I started trying to lose weight, and have managed to stay within the 175-180 range, which is a far cry from where I want to be. I started spark people weighing in at 180. Now I'm just trying to watch what I eat and exercise and generally become a healthier person, especially since I'm entering a new phase in life.


~Get down to 135, where I was in high school
~Be comfortable enough to wear a bikini (I've never worn one!)
~Be a more active person

A few other things about me:

~I LOVE to read, and read anything that looks good.
~I love to bake
~I love snow, and like snowmobiling, yet love the beach and sun and surf
~I cannot live without music. Seriously. I listen to music ALL THE TIME. And I listen to pretty much anything.
~Part of me wants to lose weight just to show people that I CAN do anything I set my mind to, and vanity reasons

I also believe that inside me is an active, energetic, vivacious person just waiting to be released, and also believe you shouldn't wait to live life or do what you want to do because you're not "ready". Some things I want to do in my life:

-scuba dive
-learn to play guitar
-travel...a lot (greece, australia, new zealand, ireland, all 50 states)
-see backstreet boys in concert (6/17/11 will happen!)
-attend 50+ concerts in my life

My Goals:
-by my graduation day, May 14th, I would like to lose 10 lbs, which would get me to 161

-By July 4th I want to lose 28 lbs, and be at 143

-Overall I want to be at 135

My Program:
-Eating more freggies, whole grains, and over all healthy food
-Exercise 3x per week
-8 c water per day
