Hi & welcome to Spark & the living w/ gastroparesis team!
I'm sorry to hear that you have been diagnosed w/ this awful condition as well. It's a tough diet to get used to and well, sometimes nothing helps- even when you do everything "right".
Are you taking any meds for it? I'm on Reglan 4 times a day; my gi's have basically told me that w/the severity of my case there's not much more than can offer. I'm going to Temple University hospital next moth to see about the possiblity of getting into a clinical trial.
I hear on trying to adapt to the eating portion- being vegan must be near impossible! I'm vegetarian and that's hard enough.

I pray for many pain free & symptom free days ahead for you!

Looking forward to getting to know you & watching you meet and exceed all of your goals!
