Daniel and I had a good week. For the first time in about a month, I tracked my food for every day. I was under my calories a couple of days even though I felt like I was eating all the time. We worked out 4 days this week, mostly strength training and taebo stuff. I was sad we didn't get to walk any this week because of all the rain. But it was nice to do something different this week. I just love to walk though. I hoping to stay on it through this week too. I'll be a little busier with things this week but I'll find a way to stay on track and keep up the exercising. I don't want to get back in my non-motivational state again. That wasn't any fun. Hope you get back on it with your eating. I know thats hard. It's a struggle for me everyday. Keep it up!!
