I believe Gulf Beaches is today....I'm rooting for my friends, I did it last year and next week is the ING..Too soon now since I lost 2 months of training. I guess I'll have to check out some other. Gasparillia Long Distance in Tampa is in February....
Thank you for the kick to get motivated. Another New Year and I sure needed that motivation. Been out of My Sunshine State and not use to cold freezing temps. Within 2 months of no running, I put on 12 pounds. Well, I did get out today and ran 2 miles. Not quite the 14 I am use to, but I will get back to it. Thanks again. I needed that.
Oooh, a challenge! I love it and TOTALLY accept. It came at a perfect time, too! Today I was supposed to work out with my work out buddy (who has not worked out with me as of yet. Keeps cancelling on me!) but she cancelled again. I have my workout clothes with me, dinner in the crockpot, and I was going to just go home after work. But now that you've challenged me, I MUST go work out today! And get another 30 minutes in later this week. Thanks so much for the kick in the booty, and I will let you know at the end of the week how I do!
