Back on Track

I lost 38 pounds from January - July of 2007 while I was living in Japan. That was great, but I never quite reached my goal, and I've gained a few pounds back since I've been living back in the States and working a regular desk job. So it's time to ramp back up again.

Thanks for the DVD suggestions. The muffins seem to be an OK amount of carbs - I eat one muffin around 5 AM & I don't take the met until about 8:30. But a full-on carb breakfast - pancakes, syrup, sugared coffee, fruit, etc. - that just leads to sorrow.

As with so many things, moderation is the key.

Fell off again, back again. This time with a swim team. Hopefully I'll do better in Austin than Galveston. When you visit in November, we can go jogging!

Hey K*- I mean, M*. I'm trying to get back on the bandwagon here at SparkPeople (didn't take me long to fall off, did it?). S* is also starting to log food, but I can't find her SP page.
