Thanks for the DVD suggestions. The muffins seem to be an OK amount of carbs - I eat one muffin around 5 AM & I don't take the met until about 8:30. But a full-on carb breakfast - pancakes, syrup, sugared coffee, fruit, etc. - that just leads to sorrow.
