    Thanks for the DVD suggestions. The muffins seem to be an OK amount of carbs - I eat one muffin around 5 AM & I don't take the met until about 8:30. But a full-on carb breakfast - pancakes, syrup, sugared coffee, fruit, etc. - that just leads to sorrow.

    As with so many things, moderation is the key.

    Fell off again, back again. This time with a swim team. Hopefully I'll do better in Austin than Galveston. When you visit in November, we can go jogging!
