getting up at 4a.m. instead of 5a.m. so i can walk. trying new recipes with fresh food. going to the farmers market every wednesday.

unfortunaately the answer is the same (boo hoo) I am working 7 days a week and just no time to turn around sorry , I hope in another 3 or 4 months to only be working one job maybe then we can get together. thanks for thinking of me and say hello to everyone for me....I still try to get in some of those walks but you know how that goes...off again on again.we still plan on moving in Sept .have a happy Easter!

Thanks for the invite to lunch but my schedule is really tight right now every spare moment I am not working we are packing things up and getting ready for the next trip to Az which are becoming more frequent. It is amazing how much junk people can accumulate. Tell every one I said hi and sorry I just can't manage to get together right now. I am still holding my own as far as the weight goes hope your battle is going well also...and that you are winning! take care.

Hi miss seeing you how goes the wt battle? I finally made it to 157 but still fluctuating back and forht 160 to 157 and back again! Happy holidays!

Great to hear from you 'carolyn, tell Lauri I said Hi. I am still doing my walks too as time permits. i am still in the 160's but trying like heck to get in the 150's' I am back on the high protein diet like my Dr wanted me to.(I started letting the carbs creep back in and then my weight started creeping up i went to 170 but an now back to 163 a place my body seems to like, ha ha since I have been here for a year an a half or more. well all we can do is keep trying.

Hi girl hope things are going well for you .We are still hanging in there.
I am staying pretty much where I was when I left Weight Wachers. I am trying a new diet to see if I can drop these last 9 lbs to get to the top of my BMI. I am aking October my month to push through these plateaus. I 'll let you know how things go . emoticon
